Your 30-Day CharmCove Routine

YOUR 30-DAY CHARMCOVE ROUTINE

Complimentary with every order.

Most people give a new product three days before deciding it doesn't work. Skin doesn't operate on a three-day timeline. This guide does.

Thirty days. One product. Done properly.

Follow this and you'll know — definitively — what your product is doing for your skin.

DAYS 1–3 — INTRODUCTION

What's happening: Your skin is meeting something new. Don't expect results yet. Your job right now is technique, not transformation.

Your focus: Learn the application. Read the instructions that came with your product. Follow the suggested routine in The Ritual Guide. Pay attention to how your skin feels immediately after use — not hours later.

What to watch for: Any immediate sensitivity or reaction. If you experience significant irritation, stop and contact us. Minor tingling with active ingredients is normal. Significant redness or burning is not.

Morning: Gentle cleanse → your CharmCove product (if AM use) → moisturiser → SPF.

Evening: Full cleanse → your CharmCove product (if PM use) → moisturiser.

DAYS 4–7 — ESTABLISHMENT

What's happening: Your skin is adjusting. Some people experience a brief purging phase with active ingredients — this is normal and temporary. Others notice nothing at all. Both are fine.

Your focus: Consistency. Use your product at the same time every day. Build the habit before you evaluate the results.

What to watch for: How your skin feels in the morning before you cleanse. This is your baseline. Note it. You'll compare against it at day 30.

Tip: Take a photo of your skin on day 7 in natural light, no filter. You'll want this for comparison.

DAYS 8–14 — ADAPTATION

What's happening: Your skin is adapting to the new input. The adjustment phase is ending. You may start to notice subtle changes — or you may not yet. Either is normal at this stage.

Your focus: Don't add anything new to your routine this week. Let your skin settle with just this product. Adding new variables makes it impossible to know what's working.

What to watch for: Texture changes. How your skin feels after cleansing. Whether you're reaching for your moisturiser more or less than before.

Tip: Read The Skin Barrier this week. Understanding what your skin is doing makes you a better observer of it.

DAYS 15–21 — MOMENTUM

What's happening: Three weeks in. This is where consistent routines start to show early results. Skin cell turnover takes approximately 28 days — you're approaching the first full cycle.

Your focus: Refine your technique. Are you applying correctly? Are you giving each step enough time? Are you being consistent with timing?

What to watch for: Compare to your day 7 photo. Look for changes in texture, tone, and how your skin responds to the rest of your routine.

Tip: Read Why Your Skincare Stopped Working. Understanding plateaus helps you stay the course when progress feels invisible.

DAYS 22–27 — RESULTS

What's happening: You've completed nearly a full skin cell cycle. The changes happening now are real and measurable — even if they're subtle.

Your focus: Evaluate honestly. Not against an ideal, but against your day 1 baseline. What has changed? What hasn't? What do you want to address next?

What to watch for: Overall skin quality. Not just the specific concern you were targeting — the whole picture. Good skincare improves everything, not just one thing.

DAYS 28–30 — REFLECTION

What's happening: One full cycle complete. You now have real data about how this product works for your skin.

Your focus: Take a final photo in the same conditions as day 7. Compare. Write down what you've noticed — not just visually, but how your skin feels, how your routine feels, what you've learned.

What comes next: If the product is working, continue. Maintenance looks like nothing is happening — something is happening. If you want to add something new, introduce one thing at a time and give it the same 30 days.

THE CHARMCOVE PRINCIPLE

Thirty days of consistency will tell you more about your skin than a year of switching products every few weeks.

The routine is the product. The discipline is the treatment. The results are the proof.
